CCTV System:

4K Dark Fighter CCTV Solution to cover the external access points and general coverage of the property, Advanced AV engineers commissioned a Ubiquiti Point-to-Point network link to transmit a secure and reliable network connection to the gates which had two dedicated cameras installed for the driveway approach and the intercom area.

Intruder Alarm:

The alarm system consisted of a hybrid Texecom Premier elite solution utilising a mix of wired and wireless devices to provide coverage and protection of the entire home internally and external beams to provide alerts on intrusion to the properties perimeter. 

Media Room:

The client wanted a discreet, easy to sue yet powerful sound and AV system for his media room. It consisted of a 85″ 4K OLED TV by Sony, a Sonos based surround sound system consisting of a Sonos Beam, 2no wall-mounted Sonos Play One’s and a dedicated subwoofer.

External Audio Solution:

The client enjoys relaxing on his sizeable external patio area over looking adjacent fields and requested a simple to use, powerful and weatherproof audio solution which can be used for background music or ramped up for a party or family gathering. The solution installed consisted of 2no Monitor Audio V240’s from their custom install range installed under the soffits. These were cabled back to a Sonos Connect Amp so the client could use the same mobile app to control his system and provide easy multi-room audio control using both the media room and the external patio system at once if wanted.
