Client Brief:
A national logistics firm based in the West Midlands contacted us to provide a graded intruder alarm to protect their new 150,000 ft storage facility.
The new premises hosts their day to day company operations and storage of client’s stock and goods in their attached warehouse and leased office spaces.
The requirement was for a monitored intruder alarm system to provide 24/7 reliable protection for their facilities and meet grade three insurance requirements. After conducting a tender process Advanced AV Solutions were delighted to be aware the contact to deliver their solution.
Solution:
The solution selected was a Honeywell Galaxy Dimension 96 control panel utilising Honeywell Dual Tech Grade 3 PIR detectors, Pyronix Grade 3 TMD detectors and Grade 3 roller shutter contacts to provide full site protection.
All detection devices were planned and installed strategically across the premises to meet grade three compliance and provide confirmed alarms in the event of an intruder on-site.
As part of the system the site is fully setup for keyholder and police response upon activation via an approved ARC (alarm recieving center) Overall the system was delivered on-time and on-budget and now provides 247-365 reliable protection to people, property and assets.
