After completing a CCTV Upgrade project for the client in recent months we were contacted again to propose a new modern, secure and intuitive video intercom and integrated door release system fr their main reception.

The client had a failing audio only system in place with no integrated door release resulting in reception staff having to leave their desks multiple times an hour to release the doors for visitors, deliveries or other staff.

From meeting with the company directors, it was identified that the solution required needed to be an easy to use, reliable and scalable solution that could be centrally managed and controlled. It was also requested that the system was able to provide audit trails and reports via an easy to use software package.

As part of the proposed solution package it was requested that Advanced AV would design bespoke ID cards for staff, provide and train staff for in-house printing them and design and supply branded lanyards.
